Jessamy is UK-based illustrator and landscape artist, working in watercolour and gouache. She is interested in connecting drawing with poetry and 

literature, as well as using illustration to document her experience of a landscape. 


Jessamy is the illustrator for two children's non-fiction books published by DK: 'Explorers' written by Nellie Huang and 'Inventors' written by Robert Winston.


She is also the founder of Griefscapes, an online space linking landscape and loss through illustration. If you'd like to read more about the Griefscapes project, click here.


MA Illustration Graduate from Kingston University, shortlisted for the 2016 V&A Student Illustrator of the Year award, with her project 'A Midnight Clear'. More information on the competition shortlist can be viewed on the V&A website, here.
